So I bought a PowerPoint package from Microsoft several years ago. Has worked great too. Some time ago, however, I reset my laptop and wanted to download everything again. However, I'm always informed that I have to buy the new one. At some point I found a page from Microsoft, where I could enter the code, but got the error message that this code was already used. So far this has never been a problem. I've been able to download myself for years with my code and have not changed my laptop since then. Could someone tell me how to get it right now?
