What connection options do I have with HDMI 1.4?

I buy a screen with FHD (144Hz) for my laptop (60hz) but only have HDMI 1.4 (FHD + 120Hz).

But then I would also like to connect the whole thing with G-sync Compatible, for which you need DP. Are there non-active adapters that connect HDMI to DP? Which DP version do I need Adaptive Sync and FHD + 144Hz for this. Is there a suitable cable?

No. With HDMI 1.4, your laptop just doesn't support that. Adapters to DP don't do anything…
