Sims 4 mods does not work anymore because I deleted something?

I have a question I have sims 4 on my laptop I always want to download new CC stuff and make it into my mods order but when I'm in the game nothing comes out so it's all CC stuff like hair, furniture and the like are not in Sims 4 drinne I've already looked at yt and the like and I noticed that I have the Resursen download the normal way in the mods order is not drinne / accidentally deleted me can help anyone?

What is that supposed to be exactly?! "Resourts Download"? Sorry does not tell me anything and I've never heard of it.
Did you activate the use of mods in your game options?! Without that, it's not… Checkmark, restart game and your mods should be there.
