No, you can't use the port other than the RAM socket, even with some kind of solution, that does not bring you anything because the RAM is then missed.
No, you can't. You can use an external SSD as virtual RAM via pagefile, but it's so slow that you think you're sitting in front of a computer from the 1980s.
If you need more RAM, the only reliable solution is to add more RAM. If that is not possible, you will need a new computer.
The Medion E2228T has a firmly soldered RAM bar that can neither be exchanged nor expanded.
That just doesn't work because the RAN modules have to be directly connected to the CPU with all their contacts. If this were reduced to a manageable cable, it would be much too slow.
I have 4 Ram, but it's not enough for me because I want to play Minecraft, for example.
So my tip is to look through used PCs for little money, because you'll find stronger ones than yours.
