Pc does not recognize my input device from my headphones?

I just have the headphones with a "microphone" on it

( https://www.ebay.de/...lid=11000) when i connect it to my pc i can hear something but i can't talk to friends about discord or anything else. But on my laptop I could talk to the headphones via discord and also on my cell phone. I've already seen some videos on youtube that talk about the problem, but their solution never helped me. On my PC I have 2 connections on the front, one with a microphone and one with headphones, I tested both and still can't talk.

The input and output of the PC will probably be separate, so you need a headset with separate connections for microphones and headphones.
