A Microsoft Store version of the AMD Radeon software was preinstalled on my laptop, but it seems to me that I have no way of updating my integrated graphics unit because the menu item for the driver update is simply missing.
My question now would be whether I should then download the "correct" Radeon Adrenalin software from AMD myself or whether the graphics drivers are updated via the Microsoft Store and the user has no access to them. (Although I can't imagine that).
Just install the original AMD drivers. https://www.amd.com/...de/support
Do you have Windows 10 with S mode? Then you can only install software from the Microsoft Store. Otherwise, you must first exit S mode before you can install third-party software. But if you can also download and install software like this, then you have Windows without S mode. Then you can of course download and install the AMD software from AMD.
I switched off the S mode, then I will probably also put the adrenaline software from AMD myself, I was just amazed why they then offer software in which one can't update drivers.
