As already said Vega56 & 64 are much stronger.

Translation: The processors are about the same speed if they are allowed to use all cores. If the load is placed on one or a few cores (by the application or the game), Intel is faster. 10-15% do not sound like much, but they can mean 10-30 FPS for you while playing.
A graphics card with 8GB VRAM is hard to find. You could take a laptop with a Ryzen 5 1600, but there the waste heat is gigantic and you can hardly use it mobile.
