Rode nt1 a is not working properly?

I have a rode nt1 a and have an interface from rode namely the al1 and at least when I connect it to my PC it makes abnormal strange noises and the quality sings rapidly, but when I connect my microphone and my interface to my laptop afterwards these errors do not occur any more, maybe you know what it could be?

The USB may not be able to supply your interface. I had the problem with my Focusrite Interfae. Solved with a Y-cable. Two connections on the PC to 1 socket into which the plug from the interface comes. Or try a HUB with an external power supply
