Does any of you know where the BIOS battery is on my laptop

It differs from model to model. Usually it is covered with this black plastic film.

No. Many modern laptops use a capacitor in conjunction with the Li-ion battery.

You can't say it like that. Possibly on the other side, or it is soldered and not easily recognizable for you.
