Password entered incorrectly too often?

I entered the wrong password too often on a friend's laptop and now it keeps saying:

Have not photographed the name and profile photo for data protection reasons.
Now she has told me the password but it only says that. How can I log in again?

Normally you should do what it says there because updates have been made and they still need to be processed.

Well, an update was probably installed beforehand. Now the process is completed.

If it takes an unusually long time, simply switch off the device "hard".
It works the same with every device. Press the On / Off button until the light that signals that the device is on no longer lights up. If there's no light, then hold it down for about 20 seconds.

That's very clear there. If the process takes longer and the Lappi can't get out, something went wrong with the updates.

But this has nothing to do with entering the wrong password. Entering the wrong password does not trigger any updates which then lead to such a message.
