I would like to stream music from my mobile phone to my laptop and since it does not support Bluetooth it's best to do it over Wi-Fi without rooting my phone
Sure, about DLNA! Search Playstore for an app to play your music that supports DLNA (for example Hi-Fi Cast - http://u.j0hn.me/UR6)
Now on the (probably Windows) laptop you do the following:
Open system control by pressing the key combination Windows + R, entering control and confirming
In the top right of the search, type in media streaming
Now click on Media Streaming Options
Then click on Enable Media Streaming
Now you can stream music to your PC via the said app on your Android after selecting your name (/ hostname or IP) as your destination!
So I can stream all sounds like youtube or spotify
Unfortunately not, but go on your PC on https://www.youtube.com/...ube.com/tv, then you can click on your phone in the YT app on the stream button.
