I'm looking for a laptop on which I can write applications because my pc is much too slow. How much should something like that cost? Would rather access a used one, because as I said, it's only there for the application letter. Or maybe watch movies, etc.

You can buy used business notebooks without worry. There are various dealers who sell prepared leasing returns.
Write something about your PC, processor, RAM, graphics, hard drive. Why is it too slow? Could you possibly "prettify" it with an SSD and WIN10?
Before you get yourself something completely new, which only costs money again, it would be vlt. Worth thinking about…
