Today I played my PC with a new version of Windows and reset everything on the occasion. Now I have the problem that my headset (Logitech G35) sounds really bad. The Realtek Audio Manager does not even find my headset. Then I reinstalled the audio driver of the motherboard (MSI B250M). Did not help either. Logitech drivers also failed. Then I connected my headset to my laptop to test the microphone there: it works fine. Now I really stand on the hose. Hope somebody can help me.
Try Control Panel> Hardware and Sound> Sohnd> Recording, then right click on your headset, then expanded and set the default format to DVD quality.
I had the same problem as you (different headset but same brand and same problem), nothing helps
1. Call the support and ask
2. If nothing comes first, buy a new g35 with 30-35 euro not the world.
Edit: so at win 10 pro I do not know what you have
How can a solution be so simple.
Happy 👍
