Preview in Adobe Premiere Pro does not play?

I've got myself a new laptop, which is technically better than my age hardware. Nevertheless, the preview does not work with Premiere. I also have premiere and updated my graphics card. In the meantime, it worked once briefly, without me anything changed, and the next time we opened the project, we did not go back. Not even after a reboot. I also tried all three possible settings in the video rendering settings (CPU (CUDA), CPU (OpenCL), only software). If I choose the option CPU (OpenCL), the preview will look like a bug anyway. (as in the screenshot). The one time it went, I had set "only software". Does somebody has any idea?
