Self-made app?

I've put together a folder on my laptop with various voicemails and videos from whatsapp from my cell phone and a few links to websites.

Does anyone know if I can drag, copy or link the folder as the app onto the phone's display? Or the individual files?

Depends on it not all cell phones can link folders simply mark the folder and go to Options and see whether there's a link or link, otherwise a few cell phones still support moving to the start screen
