Help bim laptop fan?

I own a Medion Erazer P7643 Md60402.

I've had it since 2017. Now it doesn't always perform well and to play demanding games, such as To play Black Desert Online (with beautiful graphics) you always have to tweak the graphics. Now I noticed more and more that it gets over 90 degrees, even with less demanding games like Dark Souls 3, which then also significantly affects the performance. So I informed myself and looked for laptop coolers and I want to get the Klim Cool +. I've already cleaned the fan from the dust and raised the laptop. Didn't help anything. I'm now thinking of installing a new fan and replacing the thermal paste. I really care about this model!

Now my question is, is there anything else I could do, is it worth doing the things I plan to do? And which fans could you recommend then?

These external laptop fans are nonsense, with luck they bring a few degrees less, but nothing that really makes a difference.

Replacing the thermal paste, on the other hand, is a good idea. The OEM paste is usually not the best anyway and after 3 years it can be very dry. Then remove any dust and things will definitely go a lot better again

Thank you so much! What about installing better coolers do you have experience with it?

Laptops are tailor-made so you can't change the ventilation
