Is the Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics unit enough to play Minecraft and Farming Simulator 19 smoothly?

I have a laptop in front of me to "work" and to buy to play. Since I play Minecraft and FarmingSimulator19 a lot and I'm not perfectly familiar with the technology, I'm not sure whether the Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics unit is sufficient for (smooth) play. If you have any idea, please help me ^^

Yes - the Farming Simulator 19 runs with the graphics unit. Even a Vega 8 is enough - more bad than right. The other two videos are with a Vega 11, but it fits.
