Good cheap laptops for after effects?

I wanted to ask if anyone knows cheap laptops to edit. I don't want to do huge projects, I just want to make videos for at least 20s. The graphics don't have to be 4k or so either.

Either way, you have to spend more on laptops than on a PC. Then there's the fact that you want to use After Effects. This is difficult even with a PC under 1000 euro if you want to work effectively. With the laptop, I would expect around 1500 euro-2000 euro. You still need a display with good color reproduction and so on

For 500 euro you get a good office laptop with a graphics card (so no IGPU). You can use it to forget After Effects.

You can also take a laptop for around 1000 euro. But you can't really work effectively with it. I have a 800 euro Ultrabook from HP. I use HitFilm and Resolve to cut. But I do it very rarely and the rendering always takes around 400% of the video length. Unspoken playback is only possible with 50% resolution. And even that is not 100% smooth if you have complicated transitions or something in there.
So if you want to cut, something like that might be enough. But I tell you it's not fun. Since you should already spend more.

When I started with the video animation stuff, I had a laptop of the 600 Euro class… But that just didn't work… And I had a program that wasn't as resource-hungry as AFX is.

I had to buy a new laptop for it and it cost 1300 euro.
