Laptop for coding (600 euro)?
Simple question of interest
Something cheaper is available for pure coding. Unless you want to develop and test games smoothly with Unity and Engines, but shouldn't be necessary to learn a programming language. 300 euro for a stand PC are sufficient.
And what about notebooks? Any recommendation?

This notebook is great for coding and surfing. Also for eg office, etc. Would advise against a desktop PC because you are 0 mobile. At home, you can also simply put a monitor down.
Does it matter how big and do you like to make Linux on it?
If you have a ThinkPad from the t or x series, they are so good in terms of price / performance ratio and the x240zb has 2 batteries that hold 11 hours when scripting (can also be exchanged while running).
I did Kali Linux on my desktop PC via Vm Ware so I like Linux. You just have more options than with Windows
