You can even look for what used, but I'm afraid synonymous used you probably will not be less than 600-700, - €.
For € 300 or € 500 there's no notebook or laptop with this equipment. Since you have to expect at least € 800 up and the end would be over € 1,000. There are laptops for the price with Intel Core i5 processors but a bad one with a bad graphics card.
Compile both numbers and you have something realistic.
I have 128GB SSD (3,75GB / s PM961), 8GB DDr4 RAM, i5 7300HQ, Nvidia GTX 1060 Max-Q 3GB and at that time cost something over 1500.
This is worth at least 1000 today.
