1Gbit Internet line but only 400mbit arrive?

Have the problem that "only" 400mbit arrive instead of 1000mbit. Use Vodafone Red Internet & 1000 Cable.

Do you have the right router? Does your laptop have a 1gbit connection? Which LAN cable do you use?

What do you want to have 1gbit for? Do you have a specific use for it? Question out of pure interest.

What a 1gbit connection? Do you mean an adapter for 1gbit? I have the router from Vodafone. Does not cost much more (70 euro). Use 0815 lan cable what I got from telekom.

With connection I meant the LAN port of your laptop.

Look at the LAN cable and tell me what's on it. "Cat (?)"
