Laptop suitable for digital drawings?

I'm looking for a laptop or tablet that is well suited for digital drawings with programs like Photoshop.

As good as any laptop with Windows 10.

In principle, every laptop is sufficient. However, there are things like a full-HD display, i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM already an advantage - it costs more then synonymous. Maybe even a touch screen to work with the pen.
