The Defender of Windows 10 is sufficient as virus protection completely.

For emergencies I would recommend creating a Kaspersky Rescue USB Bootstick. It works like this:

Install this tool: https://www.balena.io/...io/etcher/ This is called balenaEtcher, so you can create bootable sticks.
Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk ISO: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/viruses/krd2018

Insert a blank formatted USB stick.
start balenaEtcher. Then open the Kaspersky Rescue Disk ISO at Select Image, select the stick at Select Drive and click on Flash.
When the stick is done, just boot that stick and scan your system.

This protects you optimally.

You do not need an end. Windows can protect itself now…
