Discord account deactivated due to an error?

I went to the discord with friends this morning. We talked about our lessons. When I turned on my laptop, I switched from my cell phone discord to my laptop. Then I couldn't talk anymore. There was always a sound like I was leaving the channel and joining again. After that I gave up. It no longer worked on the mobile phone or the laptop. An hour later I get an email that my account has been banned / deactivated. What should I do now. None of the reasons given agree with what happened
