Sims 4 code lost?

I've been playing sims on my laptop for a while. Suddenly I can't get in the game anymore. It says there that I need to reactivate the game with the code. (No idea why) But I can't find the code anymore. I do not have the confirmation email either. And the other problem is, I can't even try it with the disc, because you can't do CD in my laptop. What should I do so that I can play again without buying it again?

You can try to contact EA Support. But you probably have to buy the game again
