Hi. I'd like to have a good tablet for my studies but do not know me.
For me it is especially important that I write 'handwritten' notes (or draw) so can touchscreen. Any other peculiarities do not really need it and should be practical to take away. If anyone has a clue, I would be very happy!

For writing a pen is quite good. How about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. The S-Pen for writing is already included.
On the other hand, you could also use an iPad 2018 or iPad Pro with Apple Pencil.
