I have a big problem. Not a single page works on my cell phone, so no internet (Chrome, Samsung Internet, no matter what I call), despite an active and good Wi-Fi connection. My tablet and my laptop, however, work perfectly. So it can't be the connection. I have already restarted the phone several times, restarted the FritzBox, dialed in again, browser closed and reopened, flight mode activated and deactivated, cache cleared, everything. But nothing. It still does not work. Nothing loads or updates on Instagram. Apps can be downloaded from the Play Store, so that's it. 3 hours ago everything went perfectly. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? I'm really desperate. It's been like this for almost 3 hours now.

Which mobile phone and which model? Which Android version? Do you have any security app or virus scanner app in use? Any VPN app? Do you have internet access when you turn off Wi-Fi and go to a few websites via LTE?

OK one moment. I just deactivated the VPN again, now it works again. Thanks for the hint. I have had the app for almost 2 years and there have never been any problems. Strange… But thank you very much
