Good laptop for Sims 4?

I plan to buy a new laptop soon because four of them are not running very well on my current one or I can only buy a few extensions because this is also my school laptop.

I have a budget of up to around 400 euro.

I don't play any other games besides Sims 4. It should only have enough memory for a lot of CC and extensions

Can you find anything useful for 400 euro?
