Sims 4 CC install does not work?

I downloaded Sims 4 to our computer a few months ago and moved it onto my laptop on my birthday.

Now I want to finally install a few mods and CC, but in all YouTube tutorials is from the folder "Mods", spoken, on my laptop are completely different folders and therefore also "mods" missing. The normal base game has always worked great for me.

Can someone help me who had perhaps the same problem or has an idea of something?

Are you also looking in the folder under C: \ Users \ Documents \ ElectronicArts \ DieSims4, or are you looking in the folder where it was installed?
