Can't get into my computer anymore?
I think I did something wrong🤨
wanted to refresh my leptoo, everything loaded normally and at 100% this message comes every time.
I've switched the laptop on and off several times, pressed F11 but nothing comes.
Can someone please help me in this problem. I don't know anything about it.

Try these things and post what happens.
press the power button for about 30-60 seconds (turns off the computer)
make sure that the computer has internet access
start it up again
Create a Windows 10 USB boot stick on another computer. Simply download the Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website.
Simply boot the created stick on the affected laptop. Not only can you cleanly reinstall Windows 10, but you can also repair an existing Windows 10 installation.
If the repair does not work, simply reinstall Windows 10 cleanly. Everything is deleted beforehand. You do not have to enter the Windows 10 product key because it is permanently integrated in the BIOS and is automatically adopted. After completing the installation and starting Windows 10 for the first time, it will be reactivated automatically.
The last step is to go to the manufacturer's website for your laptop. Download and install the drivers there.

Before that, you can have a look at your laptop's manual. Because there's often a backup on a hidden drive. You can find out whether this is the case and how to get there in the manual. If you have none, - Google has.
And before you reinstall everything, you can boot up in safe mode and undo the last update.
Sorry, are just "attempts". A mistake like this is really pesty.

Yes there's always reload, no matter which key I press the leptop goes down and up again and then comes the same message. I don't even have a mouse pointer so I can click something
It says: "Reinstall Windows."
So it doesn't help to restart the laptop a hundred times. You have to install Windows again.
