Hi! Me and a friend of mine would love to play Minecraft together. I don't have Minecraft YET, so I would like to know which one is suitable. My girlfriend has MInecraft on the iPad and I would download it on my laptop. Which version is better? The Java Edition or the Windows 10 Edition? And can I even play with my girlfriend?

I don't know if you can play in pairs, if you can, you need the windows edition because it is programmed differently than Java. Java edition can only be played on the PC with other PC players. Console and pocket edition are bedrock or "Windows" version.
