I have a laptop with i3 processor 1 TB HDD and no SSD is it possible externally over an usb connection an SSD to attach

Da

Yes, that's alright.
But why external? Since enough a normal hard drive. It would be more effective to install the SSD and install Windows on it. Then the laptop will be much faster!

Otherwise you can externally connect everything possible: hard drives, SSD, cameras, printers, card readers, …

Unfortunately does not bring much. Better to replace the HDD.

Am

Certainly not impossible, but it would be much better to expand the HDD, instead use the SSD and use the HDD externally.

Windows should be installed on the SSD and the function is not guaranteed if you then connect via USB.

If possible, a large SSD, 1 Tb SSD costs only 120 euro.

Naturally! All I have to do is run the operating system and change the BIOS, which starts the PC from the SSD ^^
