Note: If you leave the motorway exits and follow the highway, the map opens after some time. On this you can teleport by selecting any highway symbol near the respective motorway ramp. At least in the manual no card is mentioned.
I do not know the game. But usually there's the possibility in the game menu to adjust the control and to read.
