Laptop does not boot up anymore? Automatic repair?

Hello dear people since today my laptop does not drive up anymore, it opens the repair window but everything I do does not bring anything. It comes after each restart the same window. Ask for help photo attached

If a new installation is necessary, it may erase all files. You should therefore install it on a separate partition, from which you can access the files of the old installation. Then you can delete the old partition / installation.

Has not helped anything I can't even get into the BIOS, can someone tell me how I can start the USB stick there have Windows 10 played on it come in CMD not continue 🙂
