Maybe you can help me, my internal webcam (worked perfectly so far) is no longer recognized by the laptop (black picture at sample "front camera") since I connected and used the Philips HUE HD.
Under Device Manager - Cameras - Integrated webcam - Properties - it says "the device is working properly". I disabled, uninstalled, reinstalled drivers, all to no avail. Strangely, under "Properties" there's "USB camera", like the HUE, that can't be, and under "Events" there's: "Device deleted" when the HUE was first used. Then in chronological order: Device installation requested, also reinstalled, but everything as "USB camera! As if the HUE USB is now recognized as" Integrated webcam "?!
