Today I wanted to delete the restore from the computer and then followed the link here

https://www.google.com/...layout=amp

As far as everything is good, then I had to completely reformat the computer on a CD and it always hangs at 2/7, can someone tell me what exactly I can do to complete the formatting?

I have no idea what the whole text means. I will insert a picture.

Why do you want to format the hard drive?
Do you want to use it as a data hard drive because you now want to install Windows on an SSD?
Or do you want to reinstall Windows on the hard drive?

I want to restore windows as normal

If your installation stick is ok and you have placed the USB stick (drive) in front of the HDD in the boot sequence in the UEFI / BIOS or you want to boot from the boot menu, proceed as follows:

Using the installation stick, delete all partitions on the hard drive, as shown in the following video from minutes 4:50 to 6:30.
They will be merged into an "Unallocated Space".
See:

Then the installation:
Mark this storage space> click on "Next" at the bottom right.
The hard drive is then repartitioned and formatted in one go and Windows is installed on it.

When you come to the settings, I recommend you to carry out them as shown in the following video from minute 4:56.
See:

Before you start the installation, make sure that the PC is best connected to the Internet via LAN. - The installation program will then automatically download and install the required device drivers.

Note on the recovery partition:
There's no point in deleting them because the few MB can't even be (C. Allocate and use.

So I can start up the computer again. The CD is read immediately when I leave it, it also says that 157 GB was restored… Found… In the next step, it says that the entire hard drive will be erased. I follow the commands and then at some point it doesn't load anymore, as you can see in the picture, I've waited almost 5 hours for something to happen, but nothing has happened anymore.

My laptop was not wired via LAN, is that a problem?
