Do you know the printer's IP address? Can you ping this IP address?

You go to the start menu and write cmd. A "Command Prompt" application opens.

E.g:
ping 192.168.1.6

There are many different causes… I can help with teamviewer… It is difficult here…
Open the printer queue and look under "Printer" to see if the printer is set to "Use printer offline".
