Share laptop Wi-Fi with internet-free cell phone how?

My laptop (currently in use) is connected to the Wi-Fi but my mobile phone is not i don't know the changed password and it is not recorded is there another way to share my Wi-Fi?

No you can't

If at all only the possibility of connecting the notebook via LAN cable and opening a WLAN hotspot to which your mobile phone can then connect.

That should work with USB tethering.:

Try the settings in the opposite direction, you can do that, but it is usually unusual.
