Full screen does not work?

I want to play a game on my laptop only unfortunately I can't switch to full screen in game the box is gray to maximize who knows what that is?

Try ALT + Enter, or ALT + Shift + Enter.

(Or look in the graphics options, if you can change there)

Alt Gr + Enter or Win + Enter could also go? I'm just not sure anymore

Windows graphics settings may change to a different resolution and start and test the game again

I think Win + Enter is not working. Old GR + Enter could go too.
