Packard Bell is blocked?

I wanted to turn on my laptop and it is locked. I can't open anything and there's a lot of important data on it. Thank you in advance for your help. I only see a red screen, then there's a square and underneath it says locked, when I click on it comes an empty red page again, i.e. Screen. Usually when I click on it, the laptop turns on and works as usual, but it isn't locked. I can't even use the left button. Nothing goes. Except at the bottom right is a round arrow. There's language information, screen magnifier, high contrast, locking functions, stop delays.

Then you just have to unlock it.

You can't say more without more information.

What is blocking? Maybe take a picture.

Me

What does "it says locked" mean? Where exactly? Is that a message from the BIOS or from Windows?

This is windows.

Ever tried to press Enter?

Then enter your password.

Or switch it off completely (battery out).

Then turn it on again.

I can't enter anything, it's just a red screen. I also tried switched off. The same thing happens again.

And when / where in Windows does the message come? What exactly is there and which program generates the message (window title of the message)? You can't help without more information.

So when I turn on the laptop there's always a colorful side with Ugezeit internet connection and battery, so that's there.

That sounds to me like the screen on which you have to log in.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Enf and enter your Windows password.
