We have a Packard Bell laptop that does not start up
If you press the power button, there's only the mark for hours on the screen.
I do not know anything about computers, technology in general. Would be nice if you can help.

I searched for the CD on Amazon, but found none?
Then on the laptop the key F2 pressed, nothing has changed?
Well I mean a CD with operating system. Or try other buttons.
