How much time spends on average in front of a screen each day?

No matter what screen (TV, laptop, smartphone, tablet etc.)

Of which 8 hours in the office at work.

Of course it depends on what I do and in normal school it is of course less, but for me it is currently 8 hours. Sure, it's a lot, but most of the time I only read it on the e-book or write with friends. It's not like I just watch TV senseless or something.
