I'm just interested in how much time you all spend in one day in front of the screen. It does not matter which screen is a cell phone, laptop, television, tablet or anything.
I already work 8 to 9 hours a day and usually sit in front of the PC. At home there's always something about…
Work + smartphone a day. Then that's about, unfortunately.
Approximately I'm in the office 8 to 9 hours a day and therefore in front of the monitors.
If you add the cell phone to it, there's another 1 hour, in the evenings to sleep there's usually a podcast or Netflix (although this also happens while eating or other activities).
If I feel like playing a round again in the evening (which is rarely happening at the moment), I would probably have to set the time up again.
I also think that I would spend more free time in front of the devices if I didn't sit in front of a monitor for 8-9 hours a day. But I also consciously take weekends or days when I completely ignore the display devices and then sometimes don't have the cell phone with me for 2 days.
I know. This value is always terrifying. I also do 8 hours a day on the PC, then of course stream something on the train smartphone. And a film in the evening. You don't get over 10 hours.
I've been working on the PC for 10 hours - before that I read the newspaper online and then I write emails and watch youtube videos etc.
Exactly, I was just scared myself when I added that up.
(Unfortunately)
8 hours working time, of which 99% actually in front of the monitor.
At home, I only eat for a short time and then on my private computer
Not to forget time on your cell phone
