Hi

After I installed an M.2 ssd hsbe in my lenovo ideapd s145, it was not recognized. I then tried to change the settings in the BIOS after changing the settings. The laptop suddenly went out when I now try to start the laptop. The POWER LED lights up and the fan turns around 2 sec. Then the display stops black but powerled lights up

Tried a lot battery out mainboard battery out waiting again everything tried no improvement

Normally after removing the mainboard batterir the BIOS setting should have been reset. I removed m.2 ssd again. No improvement. The laptop is 10 days old

Can I return it to saturn?

Ha

No, no chance. You broke the device yourself.

Co

Yes you are right, I threw the device into the wall so it broke, what are you talking about nonsense normally when you disconnect the battery and wait for BIOS settings to be reset so that has nothing to do with BIOS but rather with the laptop itself and that should be a warranty case

br

Does the notebook have a Nova button?

Should be on the side or on the bottom.

br

Of course it will be difficult to explain why you opened the notebook and you did not have it done by a specialist company… Maybe you will be assumed that you have damaged it… It will be difficult to prove the opposite.

Especially since the device has no service hatch.

Co

Yes with 14 days return policy it shouldn't be a problem either I didn't break the laptop and besides how should they see it if I broke it how should they find out

br

14 days only if you bought online.

I didn't break the laptop

Do you say can you prove it?

If there are no traces, you could be lucky… You can try it… Does the notebook now have a Nova button?

Co

Outer housing are no traces from the outside you can't see it at all that has already been opened so I have now seen that there's a small hole with a curved arch sign I think it is this concrete how should I use it then turn on then on press the button or?

Co

Yes, and as I said, the display always stays black. I don't know if this nova button brings what this key is actually for recovery, but if the display stays black so it is not activated, this button can't do much, I guess

Co

NOVA BUTTON SORRY NOTHING, I will try to exchange or return the laptop

br

Too bad that it didn't work with the NOVA.

Then try your luck, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Just pretend it just doesn't matter anymore.

br

NOVA button… There's a manual for on the net.

Thank you i will go to Saturn for the days because as I said it can't be due to BIOS there must be another problem i know computer computers very well i have often assembled computers had never had any problems
