Win7 key Lenovo works or not?

Moin, I want to download Win7 on my laptop (because I think it's better than win10 but does not matter) and I have just a Lenovo laptop and under it is a Win7 Lenovo Key sticker and I wanted to know for security whether that works or if you have to download a special version from the internet.

If you no longer have the license version of Windows 7 delivered with this notebook at the time, get a new Windows 7 license together with Key either for download on the Internet or on DVD as installation medium. Choose here Windows 7 × 64.

Get the best then but already before the appropriate drivers of your laptop for Windows 7 x64 from Lenovo manufacturer side for your notebook and burn them to a CD or DVD.
