Constantly blue screens?

I've been having more and more problems with my laptop (Lenovo T440) lately. I get at least 5 blue screens every day. Sometimes when I'm watching YouTube, sometimes when I'm playing Minecraft. My PC is always lagging pretty hard. You can't watch YouTube normally, because either the picture, sound or pc freezes all the time, but can be operated again after 3-5 seconds. How can I fix that? That triggers really hard when you want to watch a YouTube video and it's just lagging and nothing works.

I have an Intel i5 4300 pro, 8GB RAM, 500GB SSD

I'm assuming that you are using Windows, see if there are updates because an update recently caused a bluescreene, but now the update is out to fix it.

As a tip, this update that has what is causing the printer problem is an optional update

Any blue screen can result in critical system damage.
Try a quick scan of Windows Defender
Windows, if possible, reinstall the last option
