Internet problems or dropouts after repairs?

Hello ladies and gentlemen reading this question, I have a problem. My laptop broke (Lenovo y520) and I had returned it to Media Markt for repair, since I have it back I have had a very annoying problem. Every 1-2 minutes I have a dropout of 3-5 seconds into which my internet disappeared like a trace and afterwards it is back as if nothing had ever happened. (You can feel the problem very strongly in the League of Legends game because I always have a few seconds of reconnecting there.) I've tried many things like deactivating the fire wall, deactivating the anti virus and connecting to lan instead of Wi-Fi, but none of this worked. Anyone have suggestions on what else I could do? I uploaded a video where you can see the problem very clearly in League of Legends.
Thanks for every answer.

Probably just missing or outdated drivers.

Update all drivers.

So if this really is due to the internet - as you describe it, then there's a problem. In this case, you have to report a fault to your provider.

But: I think it is more likely that you have LAN connection problems.
They can e.g. B. Caused by defective LAN cables (cable break) or LAN sockets. Wouldn't be anything unusual now.

If the media market has reinstalled your Windows installation, then as a precaution install the LAN drivers from your manufacturer.
(I think it's less likely that Media Market should have looked at it if Windows wasn't reinstalled.)

Finally, you could still analyze the event viewer for warnings and errors.

Otherwise: Nice blind actionism that you did there. 😉
Turn on the virus scanner for God's sake. He has nothing to do with it.

Open a command prompt and enter the command there: "ping -t google.de".

Then the ping is displayed every second. Does it change if you have a dropout?

Yes, goes from about 35 ms for 1 second to 850 ms and then everything is normal again

Does the problem only occur on the laptop or on other devices?

You could try to reset your network in the Windows settings under "Network and Internet".
