Remove glue residue from the laptop?

The following problem: By default, I had a Lenovo brand sticker on my laptop right next to the touchpad with a few details. The upper layer of it was a kind of foil which is peeled off slowly so I removed it. Now there are the remnants of the glue for the film that not only look ugly, but of course also stick. How do I remove that well? Habs with water and rubbing hard over it and using different wipes and also scratching it away. Currently I've got but about 1/4 away…

Try it with Spüli. This is fat-dissolving and gets the glue down a bit better.
