Lenovo ThinkPad no longer charges a NoName battery?

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 with an (older) original and a relatively new compatible battery, which has worked properly up to 3.5 hours. There are 2 operating systems on the device (Win7 and Win10 Pro with 64bit). I need Win7 because I need a few mobile applications that are not available under Win10. I never go online again with that.

After buying a new (NoName) battery before approx. For half a year I put the old one, which only lasted about 1 hour, fully loaded into the drawer as an emergency reserve. Yesterday I wanted to freshen it up again, but after it is fully charged there's a warning that I should replace it. It is probably as old as the notebook (built in 2011) and slowly goes into the battery nirvana.

As a "icing on the cake", the notebook refuses to charge when the other (NoName) battery is reinserted because it is not an original one.

Except for the exchange, I didn't do anything about whether and when a firmware update was carried out that contains such a stupid "battery control tool", unfortunately I can't say from the memory.

Are there any tricks to outsmart this absurd "marketing scam"? Such antics are only known from printer manufacturers who only want to let their own, expensive cartridges into the device.

Re

The battery is not authorized, ask support.

Just to add: a T430 doesn't even take an original Lenovo battery from a T420. I would also be interested in a solution!

Do you think they'll tell me how to work around a cleverly crafted lock that they try to use to increase their sales?

I also don't ask Microsoft how to hack an office program.

Remember my question, maybe. Has a smart head a good idea and posts it here.

Then forget my answer, since you already know everything

I'm sorry about it.
