My problem is that some programs look very blurry. Chrome and websites look very good, but Audacity looks very bad…
To work properly I just need a sharp picture.

I would assume that you have a value other than 100% in the Display Settings under Scaling and Arrangement.
Yes, it's set to 125%, but at 100% everything is really small, and you have to make a strong effort to read everything…
Then you either have to use a second screen with lower resolution or adjust the resolution of your laptop display for these applications.
